Ayia Napa Farmhouse

One of the main attractions for visitors of Ayia Napa is the "Agrotospito" (Farmhouse), which operates all year-round as a Folklore Museum and is located in the central square of the town. The Agrotospito is a faithful depiction and representation of an authentic traditional rural house enriched with all the necessary household and farming equipment.

At the Agrotospito, visitors have the opportunity to see up close and admire the loom, the carved wardrobes, the bedside tables, the tall bed with embroidered covers, the painted decorative plates perfectly arranged above the fireplace, or "niskia," the stone mill, the paneria (bread oven), the "tatsies" (storage jars), the "chartzin" (water jug), the skafi (trough), and more.
